Building on the Bronze Award earned by 91影视破解版 in 2022, this Silver Award illustrates that demonstrable progress has been in the last twelve months and marks another positive step forwards for LGBTQ+ equality.
The award is the result of 91影视破解版鈥 submission to 鈥檚&苍产蝉辫;, a competitive tool that enables organisations to benchmark and measure their LGBTQ+ inclusion practices against others.
The submission requires evidence of work to advance LGBTQ+ equality in areas including recruitment, policies, employee networks, community engagement and training.
Colleagues across 91影视破解版, led by its Equality Diversity and Inclusion team, worked collaboratively to collect and collate the data required over a period of months before submission in September 2022.
